Well I am an Englishman in Amsterdam having relocating here for the second time. Rather than bore you with a full history I will tell you the up to date version. My drink of choice is a double shot caramel latte ideally from Cafe Nero (England) or Bagels&Beans (Amsterdam).
If neither of these are possible then Starbucks is okay. Everyone that knows well will be aware of my love for food but specifically Nandos. Those of you that do not know Nandos then feel free to ask me. I am constantly bombarded with tweets from my friends who send me pictures of their visits there. You may think it sounds nice but actually its not because they know there is no NANDOS in Amsterdam ;(
I got married in the summer of 2011 and recently moved back to Amsterdam. I love my family & friends but am also dedicated to my business.
I love WWE. Don't ask why I feel the need to promote this but here goes anyway. From about the age of 10 I have been hooked on WWE which was WWF back then. My favourites include Ultimate Warrior, Hulk Hogan, Undertaker, Stone Cold Steve Austin and of course THE ROCK.
Football has been a huge part of my life whether its playing or watching. I play football regularly in Amsterdam. Unfortunately, I am a Man United fan but I was one of the fans who watched them home & away a long time before they won their first title in 26 years. One of my highlights being a very long, expensive trip to Moscow for the Champions League Final against Chelsea. My love for Eric Cantona is never-ending along with the usual suspects Giggs, Beckham, Scholes and VIVA RONALDO.
I am a bit of a film buff, whatever that means. My Pathe cinema card is very well used and I do tend to watch films I love a couple of time. Ones that spring to mind are Troy, Thor, Avengers, Usual Suspects, Braveheart, Avatar, Love Actually, Anchorman.
I love traveling and going on holiday. With my old employer, I won a number of holiday targets including Shanghai, New York, Hong Kong, Singapore which opened my eyes to our wonderful world. My country of choice to live in the future would be DUBAI.
Competition is in my blood which is one of the reasons I do well in recruitment. Whether its Go-Karting, Golf, Football, Pool just have to win. One of my favourite quotes from Lewis Hamilton is "I don't know anyone as competitive as me".
