Your responsibility as a team lead will be various. You are up to 50% hands-on, defining the architecture on the frontend, ideally realizing innovative ideas for the user interface. At the same time you help the team making decisions and monitor their implementation.

On other days you do not get your hands dirty at all but negotiate, discuss and argue with Product Owners, Business people and other stakeholders.

 

What is required?

Simple

  1. you need to be able to write clean, robust, maintainable code (html5, css3, Javascript)
  2. You need to make the life easier of the Development Manager
