Already completed an emberjs project and they are now looking at react.

The team consist out of 12 developers. There is no hierarchy in the team. Everyone is equal. This gives the team the chance to fully accelerate. They discuss together what would be the best strategy.

The results are awesome because of this. You would do a better job if you can decide how to do it, right?
