Nodejs Developer – Innovative junior?

In the beautiful center of Amsterdam you will find this cool place.

The entrance is in a small street next to a famous bar.

When the door opens you can take the elevator or the stairs to the 2^nd floor.

You will enter an open room with prints on the wall of the work that has been done. The atmosphere in the building is really nice. It’s not a new office with modern lightning and a coffee place downstairs. It’s old school with a kitchen and a coffee machine. There is even a cat walking around. So you will not find a single mouse there ;).

They encourage you to come up with new ideas. It’s about getting things done, how you do it is up to you! You can make a mistake. It’s not a problem to make a mistake. Your managers will give you the opportunity to make mistakes. It’s important you learn from them.

The company is proud of being innovative in a different way. Everyone is doing online these days. So that’s not innovative anymore. It’s about what you do with it!

In total there are 17 people working at our client.

There is a team of 7 developers.

• 4 Frontend Developers
• 3 Backend Developers
• There are also 3 Interaction Designers
• Half of the team is female and there are different nationalities.
• Your office has a cool view over the center of Amsterdam. You are located at the second floor.

For this role it would be suitable to have experience with:

• Nodejs
• Sailsjs
• Angularjs
• Elastic Search
• MongoDB

The projects you will be working on are for different kind of clients. It could be a project for a cool start up company. It’s also possible to work on projects for Dutch Multinationals.

There is one cool story about a client visit they had. They want to a client that is doing business in agriculture. They could taste a new rucola plant with a mustard taste.
