Jij bent op dit moment de enige Frontend Developer in het team en wilt graag in een team werken waar je met andere Frontend Developers kunt sparen.

Hoewel jij de eerste Frontend Developer zult zijn binnen het team, ga jij meehelpen het team op te bouwen. Dat betekend voor jou dat jij invloed erop hebt, wie binnen het team komt werken en wie je toekomstige collega gaat worden.

Als eerste ontwikkelaar binnen het Frontend Team kun jij kiezen om de Lead rol in te nemen. Je gaat alleen op projecten werken, waar meerdere jaar ervaring en expertise nodig zijn.

Vragen over frontend architectuur, application infrastructure, testing en design patterns zullen jou aangedragen worden.

Ervaring met Javascript, verschillende Javascript frameworks, MV* structuur is vanzelfsprekend, maar je moet jezelf als Javascript Engineer/ Architect zien met potentie om door te groeien.
