Your current team consists of an absolutely passionate Lead PHP developer, who organizes meetups and speaks at conferences. He manages two other PHP developers. They have an understanding on the frontend, but they would love a person that comes in and tells them what the standards and latest tools on the frontend are.

They also need YOU to set up the frontend team – meaning hiring 10+ frontend developers in the next month, train and coach them.

In general, it will be your responsibility to set the guidelines on the frontend.

Whilst you are busy setting up the frontend team, you are a hands-on lead, developing the user interface of a complex online platform that is globally recognised
