This is a statement of one of the owners. This sums up the entire MINDSET of the company and the employees.

The company, a start-up with AMAZING future plans, helps organizations align their cyber security efforts against the actual threats they are facing. Activism, credit card fraud, online bank fraud, cyber threat, etc. If you've got a HACKER history, this is beneficial to you ;).

The developer is free to use whatever he likes. As long as you can give arguments why you want to use it. You are free to do whatever is preferable. As long as you can convince your direct colleagues. New techniques are no problem. It is all about explaining and understanding the techniques and why you want to use it and what you are able to do with it.
