This international frontend team is organizing in-house hackathons every month. To have some fun from now and then they have a kicker round in the afternoon. You better be good, otherwise you end up on the wall of shame :)

Currently the team exists of 5 frontend developers and a tester. However they are looking to grow the team by 5 more frontend developer to have two big in-house teams. Starting as a frontend developer you can grow into a senior or lead frontend developer role or scrum master position. To support your career the lead developer will support you with face to face trainings. Also the entire team is a big fan of knowledge sharing. Everybody has another interest – angularJS, responsiveness, user-interface design. Apart from that fun things like in-house hackathons are organized regularly.
