Our client is looking for TOP developers who like to share their knowledge with colleagues. KNOWLEDGE IS POWER is the motto of our customer.
The two owners of the company have over 15 years experience in the business. In all these years they have noticed that employees, particularly their knowledge is important for the success of a company. They therefore have carefully assembled a team of highly skilled developers who joined the company with a lot of knowledge.
To keep the knowledge within the company level is once every two weeks a "knowledge session" organized. Everyone comes together to discuss new developments and techniques. Problems where bumps are also discussed. TOGETHER search you than a solution.
On top you also get a training budget of € 3000, - per year. This you may spend freely! Want to go to a conference or to develop your social skills? You can choose!
