Your boss and lead developer are cool guys, two friends playing together in a band besides managing a business.

They chose their projects according to the level of innovation, because they want you to work on something you are proud of. In particular this means, industries like e-health, smart living, e-learning, gamification are your working field

You will be working with a lead or senior developer on a project, at the office and at the client. Together with him you discuss the codestack – popular tools are angularJS, nodeJS, Javascript, Selenium, Karma and reactJS

As soon as you are experienced enough you take responsibility for an own project and get the chance to also lead a team.

You will get all the support you need from the owners, trainings, conferences and in-house hackathons.
