What would you do on the day to day basis?

Your challenge as an engineer is to develop and test applications and to create a robust, solid architecture.

In a scrum/ agile environment you work closely together with your colleagues. Technical decisions are made by the team, not by management. You choose whatever works best as long as it’s in line with best practices and the latest development standards.

To keep your expertise growing you will get a budget for conferences 

In-house presentations with international guest speakers and peers are organized regularly
